Hi! My name is Amolak Ratan Kalra. I am a graduate student at the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC) in the University of Waterloo. My advisor is Prof. Michele Mosca.

My broad area of research is quantum information and quantum computation and I work at the cross-roads of quantum information and pure mathematics.

I am particularly interested in synthesis and arithmetic of quantum circuits, error correcting codes, quantum shannon theory and quantum designs.
